3 years ago I bought the “ugliest” Christmas tree in the yard thinking of and remembering poor Charlie Brown and that scraggly little tree that he took back to his gang one Christmas.
As usual for this time of year I was feeling charitable and figured I would give the poor guy a home instead of leaving it to its sure fate of winding up on the compost heap after nobody bought it.
I must confess that with a few decorations and a bit of love and attention it’s somewhat pleasurable to the eye but it is still freakin’ fugly as far as Christmas trees go!
Moral of the story?
Remember boiys and goirls that A Charlie Brown Christmas tree will ALWAYS be a Charlie Brown Christmas tree!
